More than 20 Embassies and other organizations took part in a bazaar held in Isa Town. The International Embassies Bazaar was organized by the Children and Mothers Welfare Society under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Lulwa Al Khalifa, the daughter of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and held at the main hall of the Children and Mothers Welfare Society.

Sheikha Aisha bint Rashid Al Khalifa, granddaughter of the Prime Minister of Bahrain inaugurated the annual charity event together with society President Shaikha Hind Bint Salman Al Khalifa.

Among the many embassies was the Philippine Embassy that set up a stall featuring the various Philippine products.

Crowds were able to experience the rich heritage and culture as they went through the table runners and placemats made of abaca, fans, rattan bags, rattan tissue holders, cutlery cases, tissue holder & photo frame made from mother of pearl, as well as popular food items like the famous dried mangoes from Cebu, banana chips from Bulacan, chichacorn and Cornick.

Filipiniana dresses were also displayed at the booth of the Embassy. The Embassy also promoted Philippine tourism by displaying roll-up banners of sceneries from the Philippines such as the Banawe rice terraces, the underground river of Palawan, as well as the Calle Crisologo of Vigan and distributing tourism brochures provided by the Department of Tourism (DOT).

Embassy representatives also distributed Mama Sita product samples with recipe booklets to promote Filipino food and cuisine
