First phases of developing the coast of “Al-Jazayer Beach” is completed, revealed CEO of Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (EDAMA) the real estate arm of Mumtalakat Holding, Amin Al-Arrayed.
He added that (EDAMA) has allocated BD32 million to develop the coast of “Al-Jazayer Beach” in three stages.
Al-Arrayed explained that the project was divided into 3 phases. The first phase of which was aimed at improving the beach like cleaning and preparing it for the next stages. The second is to build a one-kilometer walkway, while the remaining phases were allocated for the establishment of hotels.
He noted that EDAMA will start completing the next stages next November. The company, he assured, announced earlier that it appointed a specialized company to manage the beach’s facilities and the preparation of beach activities for the project, as part of the company’s efforts to provide advanced facilities and a safe environment for visitors.
CEO of EDAMA stated that “Al-Jazayer Beach” project will contribute a lot to promoting family tourism in the region as it is one of the company’s largest and most important projects and the company desires to develop it up to tourists’ expectations.
It is noteworthy that EDAMA’s five-year strategic plan is to complete four major projects, on top of which comes the development of “Al-Jazayer Beach” and “Saada” projects. In addition to two parking projects and another educational one which is still understudying.
