BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, is proud to announce the launch of a new Electronic Banking Channel. The new Bank Certificates issuance kiosks are available for customers to instantly print and collect their bank certificates easily and securely at their own convenience hence saving them time and effort at a number of BBK’s branches. Initially, the kiosks will only be issuing and printing certified bank statements which will be followed by other bank certificates in the near future.

“In our continuous efforts to facilitate all means to make banking with BBK even more convenient and to enhance our customers’ satisfaction, the Bank is offering a rich and enhanced customer service experience. I am pleased to announce the launch of BBK’s Bank Certificates issuance kiosks. This new banking channel is made available to our customers in the form of self-service machines that are highly secure, reliable and easy to use, providing them with on-the-spot bank certificate printing service, therefore catering to their fast moving lifestyles”.
Dr. Adel Salem, General Manager of the Retail Banking Division at BBK also added:
”These kiosks are now available and easily accessible to all retail customers in a number of BBK’s Financial Malls, namely, the Adliya Financial Mall, the Budaiya Financial Mall, the Exhibition Road Financial Mall, the Riffa Financial Mall, and the Muharraq Financial Mall.
Moreover, the kiosks are also available at the newly opened Atrium Mall Branch, City Center Branch, Suq Waqif Branch and will also be introduced in additional BBK branches in the near future”.
The introduction of the Bank certificates issuance machines is the latest in a series of technological and innovative enhancements that BBK has been offering in order to enable and empower the customer to enjoy the latest advent in technology through faster, more secure and convenient services.
Other recently launched services include the Card issuance machines, the Ask BBK service and the Electronic Remittance via MaxWallet to name a few, in order to cater to all customers and their busy schedules.
