The Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al-Doseri, delivered a lecture today highlighting the achievements of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the field of human rights.
The lecture was addressed to diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and employees working on foreign affairs in government and non-government bodies as part of a training program held by the Mohammed bin Mubarak Academy for Diplomatic Studies.
The Assistant Foreign Minister indicated that the Bahraini diplomacy focuses on protecting the rights and interests of the Kingdom of Bahrain, through respecting the rules of international law and international human rights law.
He noted in that regard the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in highlighting the achievements and initiatives of the Kingdom in that field.
He reviewed the Kingdom of Bahrain's efforts and achievements during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the field of health, education, and economy.
He praised the Kingdom’s arrangement of flights for the return of citizens abroad, preserving the rights of prisoners and detainees, and protecting the rights of women, families and children.
