An expat woman who was receiving long-term treatment for her knee after an injury has finally received financial aid to return to her home country.
The members of the ‘We Care Foundation’ in Bahrain after hearing her plight presented her with a ticket to travel back to Kerala, India.
She was in a tough situation as her visa had expired and she was left without a job and a sponsorship.
A family staying in Gudaibiya opened their home and she has been staying with them ever since.
During this period, she had injured her knee and has been undergoing treatment for a long period of time. Hearing about her condition, the community decided to come together and help her.
