Under the patronage of the Supreme Council for Healtth (SCH) President, Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) held its annual ceremony, in the presence of its Chief Executive Officer, Mariam Adhbi Al-Jalahma and affiliates.

Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla lauded the role played by the NHRA in enhancing medical services in the kingdom, in line with the national efforts to launch the National Health Insurance Programme.

NHRA’s chief executive welcomed the SCH President’s patronage of the event, noting that the NHRA, based on his directives, is keen on strengthening its supervision over health facilities in the kingdom to ensure their commitment to the highest quality standards.

She extended sincere thanks and congratullations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, for their unlimited support for the health sector, and constant directives to improve the health services in the kingdom.
