Over 9,266 Covid-19 tests were conducted on Tuesday (07 July) health officials confirmed.

The Ministry of Health detected 500 new cases of the COVID-19 in foreign workers, contacts and some from recent arrivals to the island kingdom, according to health officials.

Health officials said that 303 expatriate workers were detected with the virus in the past 24 hours, 191 others were infected from local contacts while 6 cases were detected in recent arrivals from abroad.

The Ministry of Health also confirmed that 392 patients recovered from coronavirus bringing the total number of recoveries in the country to 25,570 so far.

The latest update (07 July) reveals that there are currently 60 Covid-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 58 are in a critical condition. Over 4,593 cases are stable out of a total of 4,653 active cases. The total number of discharged recovered cases totals to 25,570.

Bahrain has conducted over 6,21,362 tests. Bahrain has totally recorded 98 fatalities.
